Not applying to all, but a lot of people just use icebreaker for oracles. They just won't be able to do that anymore. The nerf doesn't really affect anything else, except for the amount of enemies you'll be able to kill in an amount of time.

The Orcales are easy to fix... just prevent snipping from the ledge.
