How about players as both guardians and Spartans face each other. With each games mechanics behind each team, who would win?

In gameplay, Spartans are significantly weaker for gameplay reasons (However fun it sounds, Bungie wanted a challenging game, not a green guy running around at 40 mph, one-hitting every enemy). I'll admit that gameplay wise, the guardians would win a close one, but lore wise, it's not even a battle. Spartans wreck.
