As cool as it would be to get it cheaper, it's not gonna happen. Like it or not TTK has already sold well and so the price is what it is unless you wait a few months for a new DLC to drop and then go back and buy TTK. You never know, it could end up being worth the $40, but it'll be hard to tell until they give us actual details.

3 RepliesI'm pretty sure bungie are going to lose a fair amount of Australian customers because they want us to pay $70 for it even though at current exchange rates it should only be around $50, I won't be buying it for this reason, I didn't pay $70 for the game, I'm not paying it for a dlc, also not giving them an extra $20 for nothing, that's the price for the digital download, there is no reason they can give why we should be paying more

Dude. We've spent shit loads money o this game make it free
-
3 RepliesBump, I'd buy to keep current
-
Make it free. That's all its worth now

2 RepliesSeason pass.......season ends September 9th.

Edited by MrJDR: 7/22/2015 2:01:29 PMI think it should be free for everyone who bought Destiny in the first three months (or who bought the season pass). $20 for everyone who bought it the first year (But didn't buy the season pass). And $40 for everyone else. They get the #dayone people back, they keep the #yearone people to stay, and the newbies don't have a problem with the price. #bumpfortruth

Better idea: make Taken King $20 -$30 Everywhere, for all, across the board. Acti get cash, we don't get -blam!-ed, everyone wins.
-
It would be a start, but it won't happen. The greed is strong with Bungievision. Look at the UK and Australian players getting screwed because Activision doesn't care about the exchange rate. I'm a US player, but TTK should be boycotted on that issue alone.

3 RepliesWhat about me? did not buy season pass, instead payed more as I bought the expansions separately... (not sure how much more I spent overall) If they are nerfing all my vanilla content into oblivion, I hope they can compensate me for the loss of the ability to have fun with said old weapons...
-
It's not even the same season anymore therefore the pass is irrelevant

12 RepliesYou're an idiot. TTK is a massive add-on, basically a new game. Also, the current disc will be rendered useless so you might want to sell it to gamestop as soon as TTK is released.
-
Bump. I was originally hesitant on paying $20. The more and more I think about it... $40 is outrageous. I've jumped back and forth on whether I want to purchase it. I'm starting to lean on not purchasing it. Primarily because of the bad business practice bungie has used on us loyal customers.

2 RepliesI think 20 is fair seeing we will have still paid 120, equivalent to two new games. But i guess they need 140 in their greedy hands.

Ask activision not bungie and good luck with that
-
1 ReplyYes! I like destiny, but I'm broke!
-
I paid 90 dollars for the game and it doesn't really have good missions or story
-
3 RepliesNon Season Pass holders should Get it for 30 that's fair really
