I just killed Skolas for the first time today. I've tried many times and I've never been able to get a good group together. Today I finally was able to do that. I went in there for a couple of reasons. I wanted to do it and secondly I wanted the ship, emblem and shader. I didn't get any credit for the kill. Now I didn't have a key for the big chest and that shouldn't matter here because those rewards are just given to you. After I killed him and didn't get it I was understandably confused. I checked my inventory. I had space in each of the slots for the emblem, ship and shader and they weren't there. I thought, maybe I need to go back to the tower or outpost to collect them. No luck there either. Nothing was at the postmaster. So basically I've gotten screwed and I'm really frustrated with it. The fight is not even a little bit fun, it is a pain to find people and to get them to work well together or even work intelligently in the fight. I don't care about the big chest because the drops are usually awful. All I want is what is owed to me. I found an email address and it was to report bugs to Bungie. I got an automatic reply saying it was for their website and I can't seem to locate any way to contact them. It is very frustrating. So now that I have no other way to contact Bungie and I really do not want to do Skolas again. It just isn't worth the time. So how screwed am I? Is Bungie going to ignore this? I'm sure they will, it isn't that big of a problem, but I can't be the only one that has gotten screwed. But at the same time it is kinda a big deal in the sense they seem to never make things right. I would be immensely grateful if they would give me the rewards, but again I highly doubt it will happen. Does anyone else know a way to contact them directly? I can't imagine they check these at all. Has this happened to anyone and they go the rewards sent to them?
