Did Black Hammer Deserve the Nerf?
[u]My Idea:[/u] Change the perk to require 4/5 precision shots and change the magazine size correspondingly
I'd say it deserved my idea (4 rounds) IF anything

1 ReplyIt was an exotic in a legendary's body. It will now be on par with other legendary weapons.
