No horn or thorn here...

For the record I have TLW. I rarely use it in PVP. I know what it can and can't do. I use other weapons from Mida to Fatebringer to Vex to VoC to whatever else I feel like in the primary slot. Special slot I use a fusion rifle from time to time but not Plan C due to exotic. And yes I use shotguns as well. I don't have the Lie. I use Invective and Verdict the most. And for those salty moments, the PC +1. For Heavy, Hunger, BTRD, Truth, Thunderlord. I can do any raid and strike with my own arsenal despite having no Horn. And ya know what? It don't affect my game play one bit. And when folks try to lecture me on the horn I simply tell them it holds no water to Batman (HoC) or the Truth. It does damage on a single target and it can help in a jam. However, there's more than one launcher out there. And yes, I've been on the receiving end on the horn in PVP. And guess what? It only killed me and not my team. As for the so called nerf goes I never wanted Thorn needed to what it is now. Ranger lowered? Yes. Same for TLW. They're hand cannons. Deal with it. The poison on needed a change. A damage reduction on it makes more sense. And yes it always does poison on the first hit. It's incredible that one weapon can take you from full health to 1/4 or less health with one shot. And to be clear, we're talking about hand cannons here. No need to compare it to the rest of the weapons in the special or heavy categories. As far as fusion rifles go, I'm not sure why they're getting down graded again. They're not used as much as they're used to be. And yes these changes affect the Vex, too. Shotguns I can see a needed change. However as a RL shotgun user, the longer the barrel the tighter and longer the spread goes. The shorter barrels don't go as far but do have a wider spread. Surely Bungie can make that little code change since we've got weapons like the remote with a LONG barrel and Hard Luck Charm and Dry Rot with smaller barrels. Then it comes down to a bit more changes. Instead of shot package, have a small chance to roll slugs instead of shot for the longer barrel. Something like that. Scout rifles got a nice little change or two and are the best of two worlds. We should see more use of the HoW legendary scouts now like Dead Shot Luna. AR's got a nice little boost but also a huge penalty as well. While they can be a bit more effective hitting down range. Their power got decreased as well as their accuracy. Will certain perks help with this? We will learn soon enough. Just hope we don't see a team wearing dusters and walking side by side like in Marlboro Man and Harley Davidson movie. A lot of people do wish you could turn the focused fire on Suros on and off like you can with Abyss Defiant. Be nice for a change when aiming. Pulse rifles got a bit of a change and again we shall see what happens. Might see the Stranger's Rifle more or even OE. Again time will tell. Surprisingly HMG's seem to have escaped the changes so this just might be a bullet festival in the long run. Now let's get to a simpler matter. BH. I'm not happy with this change at all. Not one bit. It's what made it a unique Crota weapon all around. More so than the rest of them and very sought after more than the horn. And yes the perk is nice to be able to shoot continuously, it ain't easy. Not while getting shot at and not with screen shake. And there are definite times where I've shot dead to rights and didn't get the perk to kick. Add the fact you can't swap scopes out then or now with the changes and it becomes a trophy rifle. I've got PR and the Broken Truth to back me up as well as the new Crucible sniper. And yes I've got 3 IB. Let's talk about that. From 5 seconds a round (debatable if you ask me) to 8 seconds a round. Does it change the mule kick when firing or the damage output or firefly or the fact you can do a weapon swap with a half reserve refill? No. Still the same weapon with the same scope and same everything, but takes longer to reload. So let's ask this question, do you prefer it to have the regen ammo like Invective where you can pick up ammo as well? And if so, does that mean you want it to have a limited reserve like the other snipers? Be honest guardians. I really want some honesty here as I've laid out. I'll keep playing and I'll adjust to this. And besides, I'd rather welcome new gamers to this and teach them what I know vs the SOS.
Guardian NOT down.

Still fighting
