why is icebreaker gettin hit?
granted, if youre using a sniper you should be out of the action, so theres no reason the cooldown can get you killed.
but no one uses this gun anyways, and odds are, its going to stay that way now.
was there a "nerf icebreaker" movement i just didnt see?

Templar maybe or maybe they are introducing more weapons like it in ttk and they want to set a number that works for all of them idk
