Blackhammer wasn't really needed in my opion
Icebreaker seems unnessacary

The reason they did that, is to deter people from using it with exploits. So its ok in my book.

You do realize you need three precision shot to activate the perk. It's not easy to hit moving targets.

I was talking about Icebreaker. But certain bosses have large weak spots, and/or are very slow. I belive both needed the nerf.

Now it is just going to take longer to complete said exploits people who need to do that do it because they have too changing this will not deter anyone it's just going to take them longer lol.
