not crying . i like almost all of the changes ( at least on paper). i just think this change is going to make ice breaker not exotic anymore. they should have found a different way to get the results they wanted. i do agree with why they made the change.

3 more seconds per round. That's an additional 18 seconds for ammo. That's a total of 48 seconds for a full clip. Almost a full minute. Why even use it now, when you can reload and use 2 full clips in another sniper for the same amount of time? While I'm not crying in my cheerios about it, I do think that it was a pointless nerf. It's an exotic for a reason, isn't it?
