Why the icebreaker nerf?!!
Why?! For what reason?! Now it's gonna take an even longer time to recharge one ammo! They should've nerfed it to ONE second at least! Whoever said to nerf ice breaker or some sort (which I highly doubt any of you said to nerf this) is the most retarted person yet.

5 RepliesHonestly, by the looks of the changes I doubt most people will even feel it. If anything its just going to mean you will need to be ever so slightly more careful in your timing of when you want to use it.
