Make it harder for you to avoid fight mechanics by holing up in cheese spots and sniping away at bosses with infinite ammo.

Do you really think people that do that will stop tho? They'll just wait the extra few seconds making them camp even longer IMO..kinda counter intuitive when you think about it

In strikes and Arenas where there are no "Enrage" modes or other time-sensitive game play....you're right. But in the raids, and challenge Arenas.....you may not have that option with the longer regen time for IB.....or limited ammo reserves for BH.
