It's an exotic weapon that's the whole point same as gjallarhorn none of them needed a nerf they gave gjallarhorn tracking that's where they messed up it should never have had tracking just wolf pack rounds that track...ice breaker is still use able and all they have down is make it longer to complete a raid/nightfall/ or what ever
