well,.. yeah because people use a gjallarhorn on a crowd of enemies.
you use a ghally for enemies with lots of hp to kill them fast. you don't waste your ammo on small enemies.

Says who? then why is gally used in pvp since guardians don't have lots of hp if thorn can 3 hit them e-e

yeah, -blam!- the pvp!!!!! pvp is ruining it for pve ALWAYS!!!!!... why can't they just make adjustments to guns that only affects them in pvp. and i mean why even nerf it in pvp with limited heavy ammo???

Because they would have to make pvp pretty much a separate game and call it destiny pvp with a 20 dollar price tag haha.
