Ice breaker was fine. Ghallerhorn was too strong (think they shouldve dropped initial impact and kept wolfpack rounds the same). Black hammer was broken. Come on; unlimited ammo at that high of impact? It beats the ice breaker by freeing up an exotic slot while doing the same -blam!-ing thing.
