Thats a bug. Lots of people are having this issue. Contact Red Bull directly and they will respond eventually. Might take a while though

You should also log out of your Destiny App to completely log out. Not just on your console. Otherwise you are still showing as being logged on. So log out of every Bungie account and then just start your console to sign in. That should work.
