Do your bounties on your characters. Wolves bounties are cake. Eris even easier and vanguard as well. Do nightfall for 25% more exp use weapon teleys purchased from the gunsmith in the tower and if you're lucky get some redbull codes from focused light. Get a full set of armor, a heavy, a special, and a primary weapon that you want upgraded. Then equip them all once you have 10, 5k exp bounties. Pop the tele the focused light make sure you did nightfall and then turn them all in. Also try and get a couple more bounties done before the 30 min timer runs out then turn those in. Can do a full set of legendary gear and armor to 80-100% in an hour of you do it right. Hope that help.
