They should automatically connect to your account once you log in with Bungie. You enter them on the Red Bull site and after being redirected to the Bungie site they should already be visual. All you would have to do is klick on the redeem button. You should not have to enter another code. If thats not the case then contact Red Bull and welcome to the club! ;)

my problem:i entered my red bull code on the website.it worked and send me to the bungie code redeem site.i entered my code here again but it said it needs 9 degits. it also does not show up on my redeemed codes. what can i do?

That is a bug which needs to get fixed. Contacted Red Bull a week ago and still haven't got a response...
