If you get final round and luck in the chamber, it's a legendary version of a hawk moon. But be warned, that will take lots of motes unless you're lucky.

I have these exact perks on mine. It's on my hunter, guns really good if you can 100% hit your target the rof isn't an issue at all. The nice thing for me is it dropped with the perks it has no need to reforge :)

That is a perfect roll... It has a higher chance to one shot than hawkmoon... Hawkmoon can one shot 2/13 or 1/6.5 Ill will can one shot 1/6 It has a higher chance to two shot than hawkmoon... Hawkmoon can two shot 3/13 - 1/4.3 Ill will can two shot 2/6 - 1/3 Ill will is better than hawkmoon with that roll.
