Whenever I get i bad group like that I just leave and find a new one. Sometimes I screw with them first tho, like getting them caught on gorgons and then self-resurrecting to waste some of their time lol.

I don't think joking around and wasting a few minutes of their time is as bad as constant arguing and criticism towards others in the raid group.
