Look - a normal sniper with an eagle painted on the side Exotic perk - Scaping Talons - after a kill, there would be a 25% chance that enemies nearby would lose 50% of their health. How to obtain - exotic bounty - step 1: Kill 100 enemies with a sniper. Step 2: Buy a sniper scope from Banshee-44 for 2500 glimmer. Step 2: Buy Eagle sniper from Xur for 1 strange coin. Step 3: Bring the pieces to Banshee-44. Step 4: Give him time to construct sniper (basically the part of the elder cipher bounty everyone hates). Step 5: While Banshee is forging the weapon, kill enemies to search for 50 Eagle magazines. Step 6: retrive the gun from Banshee-44.
