Please explain how they got past the templar's well. And the jumping puzzle.

They took the sparrow through the back, dropped a couple of platforms then just drove into a wall and rode it down. For the jumping puzzle they just did a couple of platforms then just blasted across the rest of the gap.

They've done it, there's a video on YouTube where the player takes his sparrow all the way to atheon.
