Wow retard.. I thought you were interested in a legal view of it, but thanks for going off on me.

How did I go off on you? I asked a serious question. You on the other hand called me a retard for no reason.....I can consent when I'm buzzed, hence I asked if you ever drank before. If anything you went off on me but good try.
-
You cannot consent when you are buzzed/drunk. Just like a minor cannot consent. Go -blam!- yourself

If being under the influence of alcohol negates our adult choices, then how come criminals who violate the law while under the influence are still prosecuted? Adults are adults and therefore responsible for their own choices. It isn't the job of other adults to second guess their adult decisions like children. If these women are afraid that they'll engage in sex that they'll later regret, then they never should have taken the risk via drinking in the first place. Besides, what if both parties are drunk? Are we going to charge each of them for -blam!- each other since it's the only way to be fair? Don't get me wrong, drugging someone and/or having sex with someone who is passed out unconscious from drinking is clearly wrong since the person was not even conscious to give consent. But if a drunk person gives their consent, then it isn't our duty to second guess their decision. They have no one to blame but themselves.

Someone's a little mad:) you never did answer my question anyway....just because the law says something doesn't make it true. I can say no to a douche bag if I've had a few its called self control. Girls claiming -blam!- after that either were wasted, or are just upset they slept with the guy. No mature woman would do that.
-
What's your question?
-
Oh I thought I was told to -blam!- off:)
-
Yeah good point.. Sorry. -blam!- off
-
Just if you have ever drank before? Because it really doesn't stop you from making a decision like having sex with someone, unless you are flat out drunk. Sure it lowers inhibitions, but it doesn't make you completely unable to make our own decisions.
-
It does in the eyes of the law. I'm a 24 yo beer enthusiast.. So yeah I've had a drink before.
-
And as I've said, the law doesn't know everything, nor does it always reflect the truth.
-
If that's the law its extremely stupid, as most others have stated. You should work on your anger there hun.....
