Why is Petra selling the Vestian Dynasty?
I noticed for a while that Petra Venj was selling the Vestian Dynasty. I never really paid much attention to it, but it bugs me that I don't know why. It has the exact same stats as the one you get at the beginning of the House of Wolves story. Why is she selling it?

Because you can dual wield them if you buy another one. It doesn't work with the ones that drop though. Try it yourself
