After playing ToO since it began, and playing crucible since day one. In the end it's really none of the above, and all of the above at the same time. The game is to unbalanced. The best team could still get smoked by a sort of noobish team if the best team weren't using certain weapons. Now that being said, it's way to unbalanced, unpredictable, and filled with OP WEAPONS. (Don't get me wrong I understand using "the strongest weapon, because why wouldn't you.) and that's why it's all I if these problems yet none at the same time. The game is way to inconsistent.
