I would agree to matchmaking for all events.
However you absolutely should be able to choose minimum level requirements and microphone requirements. Also, if you quit a game more then three times in a week, you wait until next week to try again.
For raids, your gonna want certain classes and sub-classes on your fireteam..
Random matchmaking will set you up with people who don't know what they're doing, cannot communicate, and will just quit the game after several failed attempts. Especially in raids.

Edited by harrymfa: 7/13/2015 4:56:29 AMLet's put it this way, you think matchmaking makes it more difficult? Problems with probable people without mikes, etc? Don't do matchmaking. Go ahead and proceed to your LFG site of choice. It's not your problem how people want to play the game. They also paid good money to play it. No reason to refuse them a choice.

Well, the points I made are true and will be experienced if they put a random matchmaking option in the game. I would be happy if they had a random matchmaking and an advanced matchmaking feature in the game. Just so all points could be proven instead of argued about.
