I agree with almost all but,in ToO there should be an option or a special lobby to find a fireteam, i mean i had already gone flawless WITHOUT A MIC!! and 6 times!!!! As for the raids and nightfalls yeah there should be an option for mathmaking,and again same:
I killed Atheon without a mic in all the raid, no cheese mode, same for Crota no mic , no cheese.
