Ill will has nearly maxed out impact. With the proper roll it's a beast.

Any perks? I find the fire rate way to slow for my liking.

You want final round, flared magwell/braced frame, and luck in the chamber. Slow fire rate, low magazine, and slow reload, but it can two-shot kill if you hit a headshot with the lucky rounds. Good for individual opponents and mopping up enemies that have been damaged by teammates already. Just make sure you're hitting the headshots.
