Sadly, this is red bulls fault, not bungie. If anything, contact red bull and I'm sure they'll reimburse you for the used codes.
I feel your pain though..... I put the word out to my family who live across the U.S. to buy/save the red bull tabs for me. I also went and bought a case of red bull. So far, out of the majority of cans I opened/drank, quite a few were already used. I didn't find out there was a red bull link to contact til a few days after I threw out the tabs, so I'm kicking myself in the rear for not holding onto all of them now, but whatever.
Just use the red bull link that someone posted or Google "used destiny red bull codes" to find out the web address.

That's a bit unfortunate man, sad that you went through that crap also. Yeah, i will be giving Red Bull a call Monday and see how it goes.

Hey, I did that myself already and sent a picture of the can with the code. That was five days ago. Still haven't heard anything from Red Bull yet though... No response at all...

Hey there, thought i should update you. RedBull sent me a replacement for the two failed codes i sent them. In return they gave me two codes that i redeemed at Bungie.net. :)

Did you hear anything yet? If not then Im sure it will take some time. I still haven't heard anything yet, been about 4 days for me.
