Because hand cannons are my favorite type of PvE weapon. Am I not allowed to use what I like because you don't? I choose fatebringer because field scout is probably the best perk in that column, for any weapon. Outlaw is great to have on hand cannons because it's hard not to hit headshots and fate bringer is the only hand cannon that can have firefly. Which is great for PvE.
