Vision of Confluence is the best primary weapon in Destiny. It just is. Vision of Confluence is one of the best [u]all-around[/u] weapons in Destiny. And if you haven't figured that out that, you either have not played with it, or you are a lemming mouse wiener fuzzle that would believe everyone around them. "331 weapons are better than the OG 300" they say. Oh really. [i]Don't be a n00b fuzzle wiener mouse lemming.[/i] [b]PvE[/b]. The Vision of Confluence IS the best weapon in PvE. Any class. Any weapon type. Better than the Gjallarhorn. Better than the Fatebringer. If you could only be given ONE weapon to play any strike. Any story level. And yes, ANY raid, you would be able to complete it with the VoC, and with smooth auto-firing-sexy-reticle-laid-back-enemies-falling-unlimited-ammo ease. You couldn't do that with the Jellyhorn without synth, and you know it. Fatebringer could do it, of course, but it wouldn't be a sexy smooth experience, and you know it. [b]PvP.[/b] This weapon is great in mid to long range matches where you need to have your Truth or Jellyhorn, or your Thunderlord for the Iron Banner machinelord bounty. In case you didn't notice, you use the first perk to ensure you can't be hit, whilst you strafe around telling your opponent what to do with her sorry self. It isn't great up close, I get that. But if you land headshots it will be faster than any legendary auto rifle, including the Abyss. I know it isn't the strongest primary in PvP, but as a non-exotic option, it is just as crisp and clean as Irish Spring. [b]Final thought. Ammo. [/b] The Vision of Confluence has a secret, added perk. Better than any perk on any major weapon in the game. You didn't know that eh. It's called Unlimited Ammo, Suckas. That's it's actual name. Unlimited Ammo You Sucka Ducks. Because this gun doesn't run out. It just doesn't. Try it. Try to make it run out of ammo, before you accidently slide your a$$ over some primary ammo and b00m! you are full again. Something about its high mag capacity and its high main capacity, and its damage output, and its sexy silky smooth ability to land critical shots and put ANY enemy down and thusly save your sweet beautiful ammo for future loving, I don't know, but it does. Somehow they engineered it that way. Just remember to add this to your mental rolodex of love for this weapon. [b]Last thought, part 2.[/b] The Screw Attack in Metroid 1 was the greatest video game weapon ever created. Any game, anywhere, ever. It changed the nature of special items by delivering the world's first OP Item, relative to its game content and context. The Screw Attack changed video games weaponry creativity forever. (History lesson: it turned your body into an indestructible spinning weapon) Vision of Confluence has so many features and depths to its sexy golden essence that I am basically naming it the Screw Attack of Destiny. ..... and we haven't even seen its 2nd version yet.
