This idea is stupid sorry. There is no point in using multiple exotics if you don't have the perks.
Instead I think there should a super high level battle where you can equip exotics in every slot and make it a challenge

You can't say you wouldn't mind Wearing multiple pieces at once while staying balanced. It would be exactly the same as what we have now essentially but we would have more cosmetic freedom of choice when it comes to armor I'm trying to find a way to give us less restriction while keeping things balanced the same as they have always been. They could allow all exotic armor at once with perks but imagine how OP that would be. PVP would be hell and PVE would be easy as hell. Customization is a really fun aspect to this game we just need more freedom
