how do you report 5 on 1 skirmish??

Answers below please. Title says it all, loaded into skirmish and my own team kept reviving me in front of the enemy and killing me without killing each other. 5 30 seconds videos as proof.

Might of just been 2 asshole teammates, Ice seen that several times. Or 2 idiots. I've seen video of 5v1 before though do thats pretty gay if it happened.
