No... because it's not ment to be a challange it just show you have done everything. ToO is purely luck based and was horribly implemented. Everyone can do the raids; chests, 100 pvp etc People like myself will never go flawless simply because we lack the skill or luck to draw bad teams. I think what bungie choose was a good set of goals
