No... because it's not ment to be a challange it just show you have done everything. ToO is purely luck based and was horribly implemented.
Everyone can do the raids; chests, 100 pvp etc
People like myself will never go flawless simply because we lack the skill or luck to draw bad teams.
I think what bungie choose was a good set of goals

Not sure I agree ToO is luck based. I do agree how Bungie have done it is fine.

My team drew 3 streamers one after another and then 1 lag switcher before I embedded my controler into the wall 😆 My buddies team. Got 3 guys who quit out. 1 team disconnect and 2 teams of scrubs and 3 kinda ok fights... You can just get very lucky...

Back when you could back out before the match if the other team looked too good, one of the MLG players from the Halo days (can't think of his tag, but I know he streams Destiny now) backed out from me and my two friends. Lol scrubs... I tell ya. But really it's not luck. Getting paired against better teams means you were outskilled.

Your last point is broken logic someone who pulls 9 scrub teams vs someone who pulls 9 mlg teams means he was far more lucky. And he gets to go the lighthouse dispite the second team maybe being better but pulled harder teams That's luck mo matter which way you look at it...
