Infinite bubbles in crucible
Just wanted to alert the community of a team of douches who are running thro7gh crucible doing the bubble spam exploit with one golden gun.

Anyone leaving the bubble died. We waited for the heavy ammo to spawn and grabbed both drops. We then had our Hunter run into the bubble invisible and shoot the rocket point blank. Killed the other team. No bubbles. No orbs. When they tried it again, our next team mate made another suicide run and killed them. Hope this tactic helps people.

So annoying, ran into 4 Titans with crest of alpha lupi and 2 golden hunters, it was horrible.

I saw this once on Pantheon. The match went the time limit and we actually won. Our team started out better than theirs and we just avoided them and danced for 10 minutes once they got the supers rolling.

I did this a few days ago for around 5-6 hours and the closest match was around 20000-13400 against a team of 6 lead by one of the top 20 PvPer's in the world. If this strategy isn't broken as hell, I don't know what is. 5 titans with alpha lupi and one warlock with HoTF and firebolts. By the time one titan has a super, that's instantly 15 orbs for the warlock to super, and each titan gets another bubble from teammate orbs. 30 orbs within a few minutes. Warlock throw grenades, and allows titans to use weapons and blessing to clean up. Even with keyhole the damage diminishes as it penetrates, so 4 shots won't even take them down. Bladedancers can shoot in, but it takes one shotgun and melee to take them down and razors edge doesn't give them enough range to not just get bumrushed. Fist of havoc damage is absorbed by that many bubbles, and everyone running gift of the void makes 3 more orbs if they do this! That's already 45 orbs of someone decides to destroy all the bubbles and make no casualties. Nova bomb only destroys the exterior, and once again just makes 3 more orbs per bubble. Anyone who genuinely believes this strategy isn't broken is delusional as hell. I will admit, it's fun, it's hilarious, but it is incrediblly unfair. But eh, I'll do it from time to time until it's (hopefully) addressed

1 ReplyThis again. Not a glitch. Legitimate strategy. Annoying as hell. If in Control just leave them alone and bring your own Supers. Even Golden Gun runs out and has a brief cool down when you can Nova Bomb the crap out of them. If not possible or bad timing, just take the loss with a grain of salt and move on.
