Hobgoblins are by far the most annoying enemy type! Prove me wrong! You won't!
Auto aim snipes at any range, nearly two shot, the focus fire snipes for insta kills. If you don't immediately kill them they shield for what always feels like forever and the waiting for it gets you shot, the shield burns you, void melee, etc. Minotaurs are pushovers by comparison and even those super evasive teleporting captains with OP shrapnel launchers or spongey servitors in PoE are better to fight imo.

Not the worst enemy by far, but still can be annoying. One stray bullet from a teammate can trigger it to regen as soon as I sight in to shoot it. Plus, I have had them still regen when I took their head clean off on multiple occasions. Maybe a glitch, but certainly annoying.

Nightfall psions can go kick rocks. Annoying, hiding, small -blam!-s.

It's possible to get crits on hob goblins though. Praetorians are by far the most hated enemy for me. And minotaurs if you want to limit this to POE. At least for the yellow bad ones. Even when you have a void shotgun, they're just inconvenient.
