Shaders from faction packages

Have they been removed or their drop rate decrease. I'm leveling dead orbit on both my hunter and warlock, hunter is 21 and warlock 18 all i keep getting is motes and coins. Anyone got one since HoW dropped? Edit: so it seems they are still there. Thank you for all that replied. P.s. -blam!- off rng. Edit 2: OMG I JUST GOT MY FIRST FACTION SHADER THE HANG MAN. WOW SO HAPPY NOW.
