So are you bias towards gender? Squeakers?
Say, if a female were to join you, would you think less of her to the other players? Would you allow her to run sword or relic or is she bad because she's a girl, or what about sqeakers, would you kick someone just for their age? If there's an all female group out there, do you think less of men when they play?
It's not like you can look at my stats, or anyone elses, and say if we're male or female. If none of us had mics nobody would know who anybody was,

I'm not bigoted in any way, have played with females and squeakers, the girlies know what they're doing better than half the guys anyway so that's not a problem. Kids can be problematic as I expect half the time they are struggling to concentrate on what is happening and as we all know skill and situational awareness are things that you acquire over time something the young ones haven't had yet. I don't knock them for it though how will they ever learn if you don't allow them to make mistakes or deny them the opportunity of doing it full stop. I think a lot of these "elitist" players have forgotten what gaming is about... Having fun, and before you say it yes I understand that wiping VoG 50 times is no ones idea of fun but sometimes that's just the way it goes.
