Making an official complaint
Hello there, I would like to make an official complaint about the game, service and treatment that I have received as a customer of this game.
Please can you direct me to the correct place so I can follow the correct procedures?

You need to get trials under control. This whole going up against top .3 or higher percent is getting out of control. Not only that but leave flawless pool in and give other players a chance to get the adept pvp weapons. You are making pvp look really bad with these top tiers going flawless and charging people to take them tmto the light house

WHERE IS THE SUPPORT FOR ADAPTIVE TRIGGERS?! Has Bungie acknowledge this at at all? It would truly enhanced the game! Please please please support the controller!

U seriously have to fix this stupid game!!! I get thrown out of the game with my friends and bf, and get that Internet problem error. ME AND MY BOYFRIEND IS SITT IN THE SAME ROOM PLAYING, my pc is on cable internet his isn't and IM the ONLY one in my friend grup that's playing that get thrown out again and again and again for weeks now.

And when the game started up my solar and void subclasses were unlocked but my Ark was not. It says in order to unlock the arc subclass I have to complete the " Riding the Storm" quest. I've looked through the quest archive and I can't find this quest in game. All I want is my arc subclass back if someone can help me get that content back in game that would be great.

Yet some other people do the vault of glass three times and get so lucky to get the vex mythoclast. Shame on Bungie . Here we go again with no vex mythoclast and today is October 19 and last time I wrote to bungie was October 5 about no vex mythoclast. Yet I see every one else in crucible and through out the game with one . I've been told by some that they got it on the third try . I've spent alot of money on this game and on buying silver . This is what I get ? Really

I have done the empire hunt the technocrat over two dozen times. I got the triumph but I did not get credit on the guest europa challenges II. This is very frustrating. I need this fixed please.
