How do I max stability on hopscotch pilgrim?
I got a roll with small bore and it didn't max the stability what perk maxes it out all the way?

You want Braced Frame since that will only lower its mag-size down from 30 (probably to about 24)... while Handlaid Stock will yes also likewise max out your stability BUT eat too far into your already low Range. Personally, I think you "ought" to stick with Small Bore, as the Hopscotch already has great base Stability and you may not see enough of a difference with Braced Frame (and, you'd also prefer the better additional Range that Small Bore will also give you too!). ...So Id suggest going for either Hidden Hand or Headseeker, with either Braced Frame or your Small Bore

Hand-Laid Stock will also do this, but it hurts the weapon's range, which is terrible for pulse rifles unless you have a perk like Rangefinder to compensate.
