What's the dumbest way that you've gotten Gjallarhorn?
Mine was jumping into a level 28 PoE match during round 4. I finished the encounter made it to the treasure chests and waited for the other 2 Guardians who died on the way down, so I was the only one down there, with time running out I decided to stop waiting and voila! I was blessed with a gally! How about you?

Got 2 this week in unspectacular circumstances. 1 dropped last Friday in IB when I didn't do well and one last night on second chest in VoG on normal.

I traveled through time until I reached the date when I received Gjallarhorn. In this future period, I learned that Xur will sell Gjallarhorn the same day as I obtain my random Gjallarhorn in a Nightfall, and I purchased it first for Grimoire and then received the other lol. Since it has been 5 years since Destiny launched, both my new Gjallarhorns were nerfed into worthlessness in the years prior. I dismantled them both for Etheric Shards of Exotic Light which I then used to purchase Fallen Swords. Next Exotic gun on my list: Lazurite Conduit. Rumor has it only the Chosen get it and not one of them is talking about how they were picked. Word is it can kill any enemy instantly and never has to reload. Its Exotic perk is supposedly Permadeath which stops players from ever respawning, ever. Ever. Forever.

I've gotten it from a legendary heavy engram and the silver tier Trials package.

I haven't myself, but a kid I did Crota with got it and went screaming to his mom that he got Gjallahorn, another person for SUROS and on normal before that someone also got gally, SAME THING ON ATHEON. I wasn't one of those three ;_;

Joined nexus nightfall, wall cave camped and got two kills in ten seconds

I got a Legendary Engram from a Strike in the Vanguard Dragon playlist and when I took it to Master Rahool.....well.....you know the rest. Believe me, I've had very upsetting times with Rahool when he gives me things that are a lower grade than the engram, but this time I was overjoyed with what I got!

I was playing crucible and was getting MVP with most of the games before. Then this new match loads and I got maybe 2 kills to my 20 deaths. Worst game of the day. Noticed someone got a exotic and yelled WHO THE F*** GOT THE EXOTIC?! Oh! That's me! Then I turned to my GF and went WTF is a Gjallarhorn? She just gave me the look of death. And that is how I got my first Gjallarhorn.
