I got mine after 3008 hours.. And funny thing is it didn't come from anything crazy.. Actually, I was just looting the gorgons chest when I got it.. So, 3008 hours into the game I guess they decided to finally give it to me. Coulda been crota, or nightfall or Prison or even atheon, but no.. It just appeared in the gorgons chest..
