This was definitely rampant throughout some of my games this week. It didn't seem like lagging or lag switching either. Everyone had green bars, no one was teleporting all over the map. The game played like it normally would and yet everyone seemed nearly invincible. It was almost like certain players just had an insane amount of armor. Three head-shots with my fully upgraded hand-cannon and it would barely drop a player's shield.
