Mods the controller so you can access it faster than other people. Same as pressing the shift key on a K+M.

that advantage is so minimal it isnt even funny there is a reason no game has online quicktime events where you have to spam a certain button because then it would be unfair to a certain extent but that compared to a controller vs m&kb is nothing

Well I mean, sprinting is just an example. What if I binded it to melee, or grenade, or macro'd a 180° turn? All of those are possible on Scuf controllers and Keyboards. So, there are a plethora of reasons why Scufs are just as bad. The only reason more people don't use K+Ms is because there's a bit of lag between the adapter and the keyboard.

still it does not give you the ability to be more accurate with your shots and doing a 180 turn and throwing a grenade wouldnt matter too much either because your are bounded by whatever sensitivity you play on which means if your on max sensitivity you can do the exact same thing but pressing that button makes you lose more control over your character anyways and on a game like destiny that wont save you from getting sniped by a shotgun and on other games where theres much higher sensitivity a pro player that uses a regular controller can probably pull off the same exact thing without the scuff controller

But it still gives you an advantage. That's the point I'm trying to make. No matter how small, an advantage is still an advantage.

Edited by sweet business go brrr: 7/7/2015 2:32:29 AMAnd the point I'm trying to get is its a minimal advantage as compared to use mouse and keyboard you have better aim which means you can land shots easier than a a person with a controller which is a huge advantage

Not necessarily. With the stupidly high aim assist in Destiny, it wouldn't be too bad because aiming on someone tracks them anyway, depending on the value. And aim assist on a Keyboard and Mouse is unnatural and can just mess you up if you can't pull away. Until Bungie decides to add an Aim Assist Off option, I don't see it as a big deal.
