Elemental ascension, and gear rerolls
This is something I have thought about for some while. Now that we have rerolls on guns why not armor? I think we should be able to roll legendary armor at the girl who sells shaders. That way we can get that perfect gear piece we need. Have it be identical to how weapons work.
Now onto something else. Weapon element ascension. I think there should be a difficult quest line that at the end allows you to apply a burn of your choice, or make it random I suppose, to a weapon of your choice, even exotics since why the f k aren't they burn anyway. Make this quest once per week per character like normal resets. This would allow more heavily customised builds. It would make exotic primaries more appealing IN pve due to burns and the like.
Tell me what you think. The quest could ONLY be done solo as a test of a guardians strength and determination.

5 RepliesFrankly I think re-rolling should never have been put into the game. I enjoyed getting and using that perfect combo of perks on a weapon and it being just absolutely insane. Iron Banner was okay because other weapons were still relevant. But now??? Trials weapons and PoE weapons have been rendered essentially useless because of the fact that you can get similar weapons and roll them for the perfect perks

1 ReplyRerollable armor is coming with the taken king, don't bother asking for it now, its not happening, they're not gonna go out of their way to put a feature into this build that's already coded into the next one.

1 ReplyI'm still trying to figure out why exotic primaries don't have elemental damage. It is not going to make them any more powerful in PvP and some legendaries edge out the exotics for power.

7 RepliesIt would undermine the value of the pve endgame stuff that drops those weapons significantly. You would be able to reroll perks then put elemetal on it, so if you could easily get the best stuff in the game what would be the value of any end game stuff.

6 RepliesElemental primaries were designed to be for raids and ToO. This isn't going to change. Gear reroll have been suggested many times. I, myself, have requested it on release... Devs haven't even acknowledged it. I assume they don't have the code for it like they did with iron banner rerolls

3 RepliesNah i like the idea but make it a reg three man fireteam but make it really hard, like a nightfall with no burns on and 1 level above the cap, plus then to finish the quest you hafta win any 10 crucible matches, just to make it take a little longer and not be as easy! Also a pvp part like exotic bounties
