So, I recently got back into Destiny after a bit of a hiatus. No one has access to my account but me. Fell back into the typical grind, but when I went to upgrade one of my exotic weapons, I noticed I only had a few weapon parts. No problem, I thought. The pile must just be on another character, or in my vault. As I checked each one and found nothing, I grew more and more nervous. Obviously you know the end result: they're gone. Granted, this isn't nearly as bad as if all my gear got wiped out, or if I lost a bunch of hard-earned exotics. But, now I'm blocked from upgrading those exotics. I have to grind roc strikes (or whatever the modern equivalent is) just to get engrams to burn so I can max out my MIDA. I'm hoping someone from Bungie will see this and can help me out, or at least respond.
