Seeking out other players is the problem I have spent weeks trying to get a team together, because some of us have real life to deal with. We just want to get on matchmake a team and go, not spending hours, day or week to get a team. I think the teams that or out there are afraid that they could get beat by a matchmaking team.

I rather play with random people. Wish it were like halo that team chat wasn't optional it was there unless people didn't have a mic.
