Easily abusable. You could go into skirmish withs group of 3 and have them let you get top on the team every time for 3 wins and then do the same for them. If I've already spotted this it would be found and abused easily.

Thus why tix do not guarantee an exotic loot. The percentages could be down around 5% or something. But you are right with 3v3. You can separate tix for different modes to adjust 3v3. Make it so it requires more wins to obtain a ticket from 3v3 modes.
