this would be unfair to people without elemental damage weapons

They're not impossible to get so I don't think unfair is the right word. Would also allow the option of vendor gear having an element to make it more accessible to everyone.

Yes they are I haven't gotten a single one despite I have completed vault of glass on hard and normal mode
