Skorri's revenge kicks @ss with army of one & third eye, Hunters[b](preferably gunslingers)[/b]can make use of it when paired with Scavenger for even faster cooldown when picking up ammo*, Chain of woe & Gunslingers Trance to increase reload & stability with every three precision kills. *army of one reduces cooldown of abilities when killing enemies with the said weapon & pairs well with scavenger which reduces ability cooldown every time you pick up ammo.

Yeah its pretty good. Skorri's Revenge with head seeker and third eye. I would say its on par with Oversoul Edict.
